GAN SHMUEL GROUP coordinates harvest schedules with growers and conduct daily analysis of incoming fresh fruits.

GAN SHMUEL GROUP’S fruit processing plant and product clarification system are among the most advanced in the world, and process approximately 150,000 tons of citrus every year.

Our processing capabilities include squeezing, extracting, and puree treatment for natural juices, concentrated citrus juices, crystal clear concentrated juices, cloudies and comminutes, citrus bases, pineapple, pomegranate, watermelon, tropical fruit blends and tomato products.

Our extraction processes also produce a range of the finest quality herbal concentrates.
