1. The Aseptic Line: Gan Shmuel Foods was the first factory in the world to introduce aseptic "bag in box" and "bag in drum" packaging for citrus products. This allows production for bulk containers without having to add preservatives to the product. The system enables material to be shipped and stored at ambient temperatures, and replaces the less advantageous, old fashioned A10 and 5Kg hot-pack cans

2. Comminuted Products Gan Shmuel Foods pioneered the highly specialized process for comminuted citrus products in Israel. Designed mainly for the U.K. market, these products are a main component of British squashes (concentrates) and soft drinks.

3. Membrane Technology After expanded research, Gan Shmuel was the first to prepare crystal clear citrus juices and concentrates by membrane technology.
